1. Who we are

2. What data we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and message.
• Free website audit: the website address you enter and, if you request a detailed review, your name and email.
• Quote calculator: your name, email, phone (optional), company or website (optional), message (optional), your answers about the project (type, industry, scope, features, phases, design, timeline, care plan), your budget (optional), the address of your current website (optional) and the estimated price. We use your email to send you a summary of the estimate.
• Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request in server logs.
• Preferences stored in your browser: your chosen colour theme and your cookie choices (see the Cookie Policy).

We do not collect special categories of data, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote - steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To perform a contract, if we start working together (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and to meet accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse, using server logs (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The price shown by the calculator is an automatic, indicative estimate. It has no legal effect on you and no decision is made about you based on it - the final quote is always prepared by a person.

4. Who receives your data

We do not sell or rent your data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under data processing agreements:

• Vercel Inc. - website hosting and server logs.
• Resend - delivery of form submissions to our mailbox.
• Google (PageSpeed Insights) - receives only the website address you enter in the free audit or as your current site in the calculator, to measure its speed.
• Our email provider - storing correspondence with you.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers are based in the United States. Transfers are made on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, which ensure an adequate level of protection.

6. How long we keep it

• Enquiries and quotes that don't lead to a contract - up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Data related to a contract - for the duration of the contract and afterwards for the periods required by accounting and tax law.
• Server logs - according to the hosting provider's retention policy, typically a few days to a few weeks.
• Your cookie choice - 12 months, after which we ask again.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the data we hold about you;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data erased (“right to be forgotten”);
• restrict processing;
• data portability;
• object to processing based on legitimate interest;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.

8. How to exercise your rights

Email us at [contact email]. We will respond within one month. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you can lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (Bulgaria) - www.cpdp.bg, or with the supervisory authority in your EU country.

9. Security

The site uses an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to your data is limited to the people who need it to respond to you or carry out the work.

We may update this policy when the site or the way we process data changes. The date of the latest update is shown at the top of the page.
